Postage and packing
We offer free P&P on orders over £10, for orders under £10 there is a standard £2.50 delivery charge. At the moment we only ship to mainland UK addresses. Orders will only be shipped once payment has completed; personal cheques must clear before an order is sent.
All orders will be sent second class Royal Mail (3-5 Working days). Products will usually be shipped within 24 hours of an order being received. If a product is ordered on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, please allow 24 hours from the next working day for dispatch. Orders received after 4.30pm are deemed to have been received the following morning. Orders received after 4.00pm on Friday are deemed to have been received the following Monday morning. If there is going to be a delay in dispatching your goods (e.g. a large part of your order is out of stock), we will let you know and advise you of the expected dispatch date. We will email you and let you know when your order is ready to be sent.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail delivery system, as we have no control over these.
Back Orders
We endeavour to keep the website updated to show the correct stock status for all our products. Occasionally we may be unable to supply an item for you in which case we will refund the cost or contact you to discuss alternatives.
Accepted Methods of Payment
All major cards are accepted. Payments are made using NOCHEX, a secure online payments system certified by the Financial Services Authority, you will not be charged for using NOCHEX and none of your card details will be made available to Crafting-Mad.
We do not accept payments by Paypal.

Returns
UK law states that you are entitled to a 'cooling off' period after placing your order. You may cancel your order without reason and return it within 7 working days after the day of receipt for a full refund excluding any postal charges. Goods must be returned AS NEW AND UNUSED. Where goods are supplied in sealed packs or containers, the packs must be unopened and intact. The cost and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain proof of postage from the post office: this is free and will cover you if the parcel is lost in the postal system. Crafting-Mad are not responsible for the loss of goods during transit.
If your goods arrive in a damaged or faulty condition, please e-mail us within 7 days. We will replace or refund for the damaged goods as required.
Magazines or special order items cannot be returned.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days notice of the cancellation date.
We will acknowledge and deal with any complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible and will endeavour to resolve any dispute within a specified timescale. We will keep you informed of the progress at all times. |
